What are the differences between Utility and Lofted sheds?
Lofted, sometimes referred to as Barn-style, refers to the angles of the roof and the 4' loft we put in so you can make use of the extra space! Below are pictures of what a lofted/barn style looks like:
Sheds sit on 4x4 treated runners. 10' wide and larger have 4. Add an extra runner $200.

Sheds come standard with 2x4 treated floor joists 16" on center.
​
3/4 tongue and groove LP Prostruct Plywood flooring.
​
All sheds come standard with double wooden doors.
​
2x4 wall studs 2' on center with double stud every 4'.
​
Roof consists of 2x4 trusses 2' on center.
1/2" plywood 28 gauge roofing metal from Mid-Park Metal.
​
3/8" LP SmartSiding on the walls and 1"x4" LP SmartSide Trim.
​
Lofted style buildings come standard with 4' loft.
